Dealing with Work Load
Make assessment of work and divide it in smaller pieces/task.
Calculate the actual working time/days available.
Divide tasks by time, and know the time available for each task.
Take up a single task at a time, concentrate on that.
Time may further be divided hour-wise for each task.
If possible, complete easier tasks first.
Track completion in given time, review and make amendment.
Discuss/consult/seek guidance, if needed.
Start enjoying your work.
Work pressure will disappear/diminish now.
Congratulate yourself when done.
Note: You should be precisely aware of time spent by
you in daily chores. Knowing time you take in bathing, brushing your teeth,
getting ready for office, is helpful in time management.
